Aero ports

as some may know,i have port noise and my sub is not as effecient as it could be.here is what i want to do;my box is 30"x13"x16" deep,i really dont want to scrap the box,so i was thinking of taking the whole port out and seal it up,then put aero ports in it.so with the demensions i listed,does anyone know what size and length of aeros i would need for a 38hz tuning ?
