You won't be saying that when its time to hoist the boxes into your van //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

Yea that would work real good.. I just removed the CD5000 i had in the dash and will run it in hand for comp/demo. Im sick of trying to get that dash to sit still.

Also keep a eye on the weld locations that attach the top part of the door to the main part. They WILL break. lol.

Cant wait to see this done. If it does what i think it will do prepare for some Damage!!

Thanks for the tips! I guess we could run a second set of pre-outs to the back end for the "loud times".

The van has sliding doors on each side. Are you referring to the slide track?

Ah, man, how would you reinforce that?
I guess re-weld. Just keep a eye on it. You will know when it happens. When you go to close the door and you push on the top you will hear a bad "Click" sound. That and the front windshield seal lol.

All and all you know its going to be a awesome flex fest thats for sure!!//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Ohio did 200 that was the most i could get.

Its a 2000. The Denso was rebuilt by a local alternator shop here. They modified the internals and changed the case. Its a lil bit on the longer side and a ***** to get installed.

They also had to flash something in the PCM for it to run properly. Ill get more info on the modification if you need it.

Hell if you dont plan on running AC in the vehicle just remove all that crap and have someone fabricate a location for a second alternator if need be. I know its possible.

yeah i know i can do it that way, but i kinda like my ac in the summer (for now) Was just curious how you did it, cause i would have loved to have been able to get a 300 instead of the 200:(

i got a 300A for mine from iraggi to do a direct drop in. price is **** not near cheap though. over half a grand, i can tell you that. i made a mistake on that.

well iraggi can make me a "300" but i didnt trust him after what i had read online. All the other places i called could not even come close to 300. I ended up with ohio gen, had not read anything bad about them.
