OF DEFENSE COLIN POWELL WAS EXCLUDED FROM THESE DISCUSSION'S AND WAS GIVEN HIS SPEECH FROM CHENEY TO PRESENT TO CONGRESS, KNOWING WHAT WAS GOING ON COLIN POWELL THEN RESIGNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! To me this is flat out pointless, and now that his presidential chances are done this time around, and I am sure he resents the Clinton impeachment, this is just poor show of character and just a lame attempt to give justification to his position. Typical government move, regardless of party affiliation. It reeks of the DNC trying to make the opposing party look worse.

He relied on intelligence that was weak; he did not know it was falsified. Again, he was acting on the advice of his most trusted advisors.

I'm not saying he is without blame, but he is without 100% blame. I am also saying that you need to focus on those who provided the information and encouraged Bush to make that decision rather than saying Bush, Bush, Bush, Bush, Bush.

If you should blame anyone for the invasion of Iraq, blame the CIA. Without their report, there were no grounds for visiting Iraq.
