Decent Sounding Truck Subwoofer

Alright so i've done alittle research, and am looking to put together an inexpensive system(sub/amp). And ive seen some budget subs, like the pioneers, kicker comp cvrs, etc. but was wondering if something like that would sound alright in a regular cab, with limited space behind the drivers seat. Anyone know of some that would sound alright in limited space? something along the lines of a 10, or a 12 too, thanks.

i second the kicker cvrs vote. they have a mounting depth of just over 5". i've also run jl 10w3s and resonant engineering re subs behind the seat without loosing too much leg room.

i have a standard cab and a 12in compvr with about 600rms to it and its not loud enough for me i think im gonna switch it out for a type r soon

idq man. sounds amazing, with pretty good loudness id say 70/30 sq.
