Maybe, but the 12s would require more space than the 8s, and I doubt the OP has much room to spare in a DelSol. I guess he could always just do one 12. Wouldn't need as much power that way and he'd save about 80 bucks. I still like the 8s better though, if only for novelty reasons.

One 12 is what I meant. That Assassin would be able to take the 450ish w rms easily.

The JBL GT Series subs are money well spent. Get one 12 for a 100 bucks. It has 300 RMS power handling. I'm telling you they sound **** good for the money. The jl audio W1V2's are not in the same class with these bad boys.

Agreed... but I'd still take the Assassin 12 for $20 more authorized and throw 450-500w rms at it.

well actually I could do two 12's in the trunk long as they dont require alot of space, say....2 cu ft...right around there

doesnt matter actually I got way more than I thought...my trunk is 30in width by 30in length by 9in heigth

this is sealed, no vents or anything so take that into account as well

Absolutely nothing, that's only for wiring options. If you get two subs, you need D2s or S1s or S4s to wire to a 2 ohm load

Are you trying to get an amp and a pair of subs? I do not know how you feel about Kicker but you can get a pair for 150 shipped off of ebay. As for an amp look for 8-1000 RMS at the ohm load you need.
