No really though what would you guys do in my situation? and the Bill i was saying could go on my credit card is not the amp, but another bill.

The Amp went on my debit, so i guess i could go to my bank and try to work it out there?

I asked for a refund, and legally I should get it.

I have like 5 E-mails showing I asked in time and they said they would

DEALERCOST IS A SCAM SITE. i am getting tired of seeing threads about them on every single forum i go to with the same bullkrap. They charge the cc and do not ship anything, they give fake tracking numbers, they do not pick up the phone, they will not give refunds on wrong or broken parts shipped and when they ship the wrong or broken parts its months later after you can not do a dispute with your cc company.

you guys should learn to price match with site like woofersetc and sonicelectronix( stuff they arent authorized dealers of). You get the same price but better service.

I threatened to call the BBB (better Business Bearu sp?) and said no thats not ok, refund asap or else.. asap.

Do a chargeback with your bank as soon as you can if it is already not late, then report them to the BBB.com and hopefully you wont be burned out of your money.

i had a run in with them as well they held a order of mine for 3 weeks with out contacting me a single time! And it was over a $7 item when the order total was over $400.......this os how i handled it:

I'm sure these people that belong to these forums are probably 75% of your customer base or more, and for this to go this long and i was never informed that these were on a "delay/backorder" with this being the first time i was notified i hardly think that's the way to do business. Now i wont slander the business name but i will make it public in the car audio world that this is how dacca dose business !!!!!

the response from dcca was prompt and my items were suddenly billed out through ups but didnt even ship till 2 weeks later! so they are a great company if you care to wait 2 months for you're order to arrive. needless to say i wont place a order with them ever again!!!!

I ordered some alpine type Rs... waited two weeks... nothing, but i was charged the first day... contacted then and they said they were gonna be shipped the next day... two more weeks, still nothing... contact again... "Warehouse problems, will ship this week", two more weeks... still nothing... asked for a refund, got the refund the next day.

EDIT: i ordered through amazon, so thats why i got the refund right away

I have heard they have so many lawsuits on their hands but could be rumors, i was told by some of their competition!!!
