Dealer Cost Car Audio screwing me

Suprised??

I just got a new set up, First sub+amp ever

Mach 5 IXL12" and was origionally told to get a Hifonics 1080D amp to push it.

Asked a few of you on here, and figured Hifonics 1080D wouldnt push my sub as well as others could for a few $ more.

Called right away AND send an Email, asking to cancell. All was good.

Asked for an update every other day, (origional cancell Email request was july 26th) and in every update they say ok were going to cancell it, it could take a week or two to get back into bank account.

in the Meantime I ordered an AQ1200D

So after about 5 Emails, I send another day before yesterday asking why its STILL not in my bank account.

reply: "It looks like the item came and has been shipped out, is that ok??"

....

fml. they didnt even process my cancellation request.

I threatened to call the BBB (better Business Bearu sp?) and said no thats not ok, refund asap or else.. asap.

What would you guys do??

Yeah it sucks that they screwed you over, but it's also your fault for buying another product before your refund processed. You could have saved yourself a whole lot of headache by being patient. That way when it turned out they sent the amp instead of refunding you, you could have just sent the thing back, paid your bill, and then bought the other amp when they refunded your money.

Im actually OK on the bill ill be fine, its more about i just need the 200 in there and they are not refunding me.

Also, sending it back will ring me up Shipping fees, along with a 10% restocking fee.

when i talked to them over the phone they gave me their word there was no way it would be shipped out in time.

 
should of searched everyone says dont deal with dealer cost audio

true, but i figured if a member on here with thousands of posts and most people agreeing with him on most things suggests to order from there, that it would be safe

I heard some bad thing's about them.
After ordering from them, i heard immediatly to return the shit and not deal with them, that they are a scam
