X2, someone can file a complaint against a business with them if they want to, but if the company never responds to them it will never show up on their record. Pretty much makes the BBB useless.

Dealercost seems to have a history of ripping off people, sorry to hear of your troubles with them. Contact your card company and see what they can do for you.

dunno, Atomic ignored my complaint, and it reduced their score. Amazingly they refunded my money immediately after I had fought them for over a month
