:verymad:Ok, so I recently googled this company in hopes of finding the owner to email him a complaint on my order. But I ran across hundreds of negative reviews complaining about the same exact thing! I placed my order 2 months ago for a deck, speakers, and amp and quickly recieved a tracking number. After waiting a week I finally called the company to inquire about a delivery date. They told me it would be a few more days. Three weeks after my initial order, I called back and they then told me it was in backorder without an estimated shipping date! Upset, I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. A solid month of calling, emailing, and complaining I have yet to recieve a credit for my order! Customer service was rude and had no help to offer. This has apparently happened to hundreds of customers and why this company is still functuning is beyond me! Probably because of a bunch of idiots like me that are used to newegg kind of service and didn't bother researching companies. Someone please make this a sticky to warn other people from ordering from them! Well, it looks like we have another dissatisfied internet coustomer. In short that just plain sucks. We all understand that people want to get good deals when it come to audio. Lets face it. You can drop alot of cash doing what we do. If you are going to buy via the inernet, a person must accept some element of risk. To me, it is just not worth it, but I do understand for the people who do not have the access I do, living around a metropolian area. I would rather pay more for peace of mind than being held hostage by a internet co. Crutchfield or woofersect is about the only place I would go. For most, internet companies are ok, but as we see, some people just get caught up in the mess and ripoffs. We all see it here on the forum. I hope it all works out for you.
