deadening window?

im getting deadener for the door half, but the window half buzzes the worst. how can i solve this? i want to retain function of it

Unless you can tighten it down or build up the weather stripping it sits in, I'm not sure there is much you can do. You can see if it's the glass by pressing on it from the outside while it is rattling.
