anybody do this?? just wondering if it gets too hot under the hood for the deadener?
no idea what kind you are using but real deadener is not asphalt basedI wouldn't chance rubberized asphalt dripping onto my engine. Maybe try some bracing of some sort and tightening bolts under the hood.
