your alt is most likely bad, alt stopped charging your battery, your battery was being drained from running it, and that is why you can't start your car now...Take your car if you can get it started or pull your alt and take it to autozone and have it tested....GL

alt is a shortened form of alternator. Take your car to AutoZone, they will test your alternator and battery for free

If you can't drive your car, pull the alternator and the battery and take them into the store off of the car. All AutoZone stores have a machine to test alternators and batteries. They can also recharge your battery, but that takes at least an hour to fully charge it

Took the battery and alternator to autozone. Turns out I had an off market alternator that went bad. Switched it out for the correct model. Running fine. Thanks for all your help!
