how good are the audioque Street Duty SDC2.5-12-D4 Subwoofer...???

I think they are great subs. I've heard a lot of different setups that utilize the SD subs and they always seem to take a beating. I have heard though that they aren't up to par with the other companies that we have been talking about. I can't remember who was saying this but I would search around and figure out if people are havin problems with them. From my experience though, they seem okay.

the Type R is fine. It won't blow from that.

just finish beating on them again they just seem to get louder and louder dam i cant wait to run them in 1ohm on my aq1200d

i think i will be selling these any thoughts on a new 12's subs i can buy for a reasonable price im looking at the sundown SD-2 12D4 - Sundown Audio 12" Dual 4-Ohm Subwoofer any thought on these...???

I know you're talking about going away from Alpine, but if you do upgrade, the new Type-R's are amazing, 1k watt RMS each. The new model# is:SWR-12D2(4) in case you don't know.

i have the newest type r's i believe bought them from onlinecarstereo for a decent price with a 3 year waranty 1243D is the model i have

I just saw that a few days ago. It makes me mad, I just got my two Type-Rs in February now I feel like I need to upgrade again because they released new ones.

Not only that.. they look awesome because they're black.
