how much would it cost for someone to make me a 15" sub that can handle 1000-1200 watts, I'm just debating on weather or not to ask someone to make me one or just buy one, i don't need a 80 lb sub lol i just want some sick bass. I'm kinda new to the whole car audio scene lol so please leave advice and comments.

U can buy something from a company that already sounds great, and will be loud in the power range you have
i know there is i just want to look at all the options. i would honestly love a built woofer for the right price.

He said he doesn't want an 80 pounder and that's pretty much what I'm deep in right now.

If you can meet me Tuesday night Dec 4th at Mohegan Sun or somewhere along I95 the morning after I can get you into an 80 pounder for 250$

**EDIT** SPLAudio is somewhere in NY if you're not near the city he may be pretty local to you. Saving shipping on a good sub is well worth the effort IMO.

I can't meet u lol but I wouldn't mind a 80 pounder lol how hard does it hit jw

But how much would it b for u to make one if in the future I do want a massive sub or if one of my friends do.do u build a lot of subs?

And could I pm u if I ever do want a sub built?

The ones I make are very loud. Friend of mine was doing high 143's on music in a Volvo wagon powered with JL 500/1 in a daily type box. The killer on these is the shipping. I'm selling 15's with fresh parts for 250$ (while these parts last) but it would cost me around 100$ to ship pretty much anywhere. That's why I mentioned doing it in-person since it would save that cost. IMO even with shipping it's a great value for that type of sub using American made motor and coil that isn't assembled by a machine or 8 year old Chinese kid. Feel free to PM me if you want a big-boy sub built.

his shocker sig neodynium motored subs when done right in a good install with adequate power will blow your brains onto the windshield. 143 on only 500 rms is pretty impressive and those things can take much more then 500 depending on what coil he puts in.

Not trying to kill any profit margins or anything but Corey (SPLaudio) was able to build/ship me a sub based off of a popular motor cheaper than it would have cost for me to buy it new, which is crazy considering he is custom building a one-off sub as opposed to mass producing it. The motor he built it off of hadn't even been used. Lol He has built me a couple and his work is top notch.
