crossover wiring question...

i have a kicker 350.2 amp that im going to be using on my new polk momo speakers, but im not sure how to wire the amp to the crossover then to the speakers correctly.

im only using front stage, tweets and components in the doors.

should my crossover input be on single or dual? it says for dual input use woofer - + and tweeter - +

for single use just the tweeter - +

which should i be doing?

if the answers dual ill need 4 wires going to each speaker? meaning 2 wires in each of the 2 channels + and -? thanks for the help...
