crossover setting/power

I'm not sure if this will make sense, but when an amp is rated say... 200x1. When you set the subsonic to 20hz and then the low pass at say.... 80hz, does this mean that all the power is concentrated between 20-80hz while cutting off the frequencies, or just kinda "block" the power that could be higher up than 80hz.

It means the amp will deliver power down to 80Hz, at which point output will be attenuated according to whatever crossover slope it's at, whether that's 12dB/octave or whatever.

okay. Lets say i have my amp, 200wrms x1, to play at 30-80hz. Is the woofer getting the full 200wrms(assuming we are at full power input and distortion never occurs ) Because i think that in-line caps, or filters(lets say the made a low pass one here for a sec....) Take away engery that the speaker would usually recieve, instead of transferring it to the other frequencies. Or i have been misinformed.

I guess I don't really get what you are saying here. Capacitors in line with a speaker will act as a passive 6db/oct highpass filter (crossover). Crossovers aren't transferring power anywhere, just attenuating the (decreasing the power of) frequencies below the crossover point.
