Crossover Questions ?

I am having a problem finding a spot to mount my Diamond Audio M6 crossovers. How far can they be mounted away from the mid and tweeter ? I am thinking of mounting them in the centre console. Would this be okay ?

Mine are in my trunk. Farther away just makes for longer wire runs, nothing else.

more chance for interference to make it to the speakers.

make sure you don't run them by any power wires or anything, or it will make your speakers have minor feedback.

other than that you'll be ok
