Whats Jl stands for??
If i ran a 12 db slope active crossover before the built in amp crossover which is also 12 db slope would that make it a 24 db slope going to amp //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/uhoh.gif.c07307dd22ee7e63e22fc8e9c614d1fd.gif ? Forgive me if its a stupid question im still a bit new //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif

why im asking i want to try a 24 db set up by adding a 12 db crossover before the one on the amp and see how it sounds //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif, is 24 db slope is gonna make a big difference anyway?

it would be a -24dB/oct slope. unfortunantly the cutoff frequency would not be known. also alignment might not be what you want, but then again no one really lets you adjust that anyways.
