Critique my system

I am thinking of upgrading my audio system in my car from infinaty kappa coax. in the front and rear and a 12" alpine type r powered by a kenwood 500watts rms amp. I am trying to hide my amps under my front seats in my 1995 eclipse. Not much room but I think it can be done. I was thinking of either installing Alpine type x or jl xr650 components in the front powered by a rockford p400-2 amp, putting out 100watts rms per channel. I was thinking of keeping my infinity 6x9's and wiring them to the headunit since these will only be used as "fill speakers". Then i was thinking of upgrading to a jl 12w6( old jl's) and powering it by an alpine m450. I will get a little over 300 watts rms at 3 ohms. I am looking more for an sq setup then spl. I am looking to spend no more then $250(ebay price) on the components. Max i would like to spend on a sub is in the $200 range. What do you guys think?
