Crappy Amp Installation....HELP!!!!

can you take pics of the amp install like where you have it grounded and everything. Maybe that will help us out as well as the back of the hu. Its hard to help when we cant really see just a suggestion.

yes the ground is VERY importand it must must be connected to the chassis on BARE METAL

Dumb question...So say that the ground cable isnt connected or something...Would that make the amp not turn on???

yeah seems obvious ..

maybe you shouldnt try to so this yourself anymore ... not trying to offend but you seem to lack the basics of 12v electrical systems .... if you get a good ground and all you should be good ... now just make sure you have RCA cables from your hu to your amp if you want sound ..

yea you deff do not need to touch the power wire to the chassis even briefly could cuase sum bad shit to happen ... (your entire electrical systems grounds are connected to the chassis )

yeah really new why would he do that when there are other things that can be done before doing that. That would be the last resort and maybe he doesnt have another fuse. You think your idea is best its crap at best and will result in damage
