COURT! Anyone been for serious charges? Got first date comin up, no lawyer

Your car = Your posession in the courts eyes. You are definately looking at some jail time, too many serious charges for them to give you a slap on the wrist.

Why are you so afraid of jail? Do you have a family (kids) and shit?

I only consider the e a serious charge, even though Im going to be denying it being mine (and they can test me all they want I dont do the shit)

The weed, cmon, it seems like nothing now adays, and dont even get me started on the bb gun charge lol

I know its 3 charges, all in one night, but im a good kid, going to school, trying to pay my way by myself and dont mind paying a big fine if thats what it comes down to, to keep the courts happy and make it seem like they got something out of me,

whatever keeps me out of jail, for hopefully the least ammount of coin, I do

And about the record, no, I really dont care, in my line of work criminal records arent checked, ever, for any reason. So that isnt a big deal to me.

jail isnt the end of the world if you cant afford things to keep you out. i mean , dont put yourself in a finacial hole if you cant afford it. but do what you can to keep those charges off your ***.

Im not afraid of jail, I'll just lose my new job, will miss very important schooling, and Im keeping this all from my parents and hope to til the day I die, I was just starting to talk to them again and get back into there good graces, this would make them banish me for a long time. I was kicked out for driving like an idiot and smoking pot, because it relaxes me...

eh.

call up a lawyer. im sure at least someone you know can refer you to one. they will talk to you about what they can and cant do and possible out comes for free. i talked to mine for 2.5 hours without him charging a dime. he got my sale charges dropped to possesion , and got me into drug court instead of probation.

I called 2 lawyers today actually, one wasnt in office so I left a message, he returned it so i'll have to call him back tomorrow

The other I talked to for a few minutes, said that I should go to this court date and pick up "disclosure" I think he said, what evidence they have against me I think he said, and then give him a call back. Didnt sya anything about entering a plea or public defenders or anything.

Are thye just gonna hand me some paperwork of what the evidence is against me?
