Couple questions about a Sony headunit.

I have the CDX-R3000 and when I hooked it up, "Err 50" appeared. Does anyone know what this error might be because I no longer have the manual.

Okay, I lied, this question is about a Panasonic head unit. I hooked it up and within a few minutes, the back was pretty warm. But I don't know how fast these things heat up.
