I have a pair of rl-i8s in sealed enclosures, ~.6 cu ft each, powered by a PG x600.1 that gives them about 380w a piece. All in all, I can't say that I'm dissapointed by the setup because it does sound good, however being just a pair of sealed 8s, they don't exactly hit the lows really hard. I've thought about porting them, but I don't think that is a viable option due to the install.
Only things I can think to improve them would be to add some polyfill to simulate a bigger box, hopefully allowing them to play a little lower, and getting another amp that will give them about 500w a piece.
My question is how much of a difference will this make? Will the difference between 380w and 500w be very noticable? Will the polyfill make any difference?
here are some pics of the box:

yes, I'm aware I need to clean it up a bit....all in time
