Could someone help me clean this logo up

I'm horrible when it comes to design. Would anybody be able to make this better? As in fixing how the words and colors are messed up. I'd appericate the help.

haha. That reminds me of the one that someone did for the kid who wanted a logo for golden tans or whatever it was.

Ah I knew they did the two D's like that, but now the letter almost identical as well. On a side note, many other have used this D style logo as well.
