but see he most likely has insurance and most likely he wont die. as to where he can and will come back and tell the cops he seen them fled the scene when they tried burning down his car or when they do. cops arrest them go to jail a long time end of story

or he chooses the other route and burns the thieves car down and i can bet they dont have insurance. so who losses?
