Could someone calculate this space for me?

Hi guys,

I was wondering if I could get some help calculating my internal volume. Its pretty straight foward, but I wanna make sure.

The EXTERNAL dimentions : 14.5" x 32" x 34" and will be a sealed box using 3/4" MDF (I didnt build it yet), for four 12" subs.

Now, I want divide the box internally into 4 different chambers with the 3/4" MDF.

So after I take into account, the dividers, I need to minus the sub displacement for each sub in each chamber, which is 0.12 cu.ft.

Would anyone be able to figure out my NET cu.ft. space that Ill have remaining for each sub?

Thanks for the help!!!

and if you did that box with four separate chambers, with a single 0.75" sheet breaking apart each chamber, you are looking at 1.77 cubic feet per...
So, is that 1.77 cu.ft the net cu.ft after taking into account the .75" dividers inside?

yes, ill be using single 0.75" dividers. basically a " + " shpae inside the box.

also, is the 1.77 cu.ft AFTER minusing sub displacement?

thx

the four chambers will be 1.77 cubic feet before any displacements added into them. So, subtract whatever your displacement is due to polyfill/subs/whatever from that number, and thats your volume for each chamber.
