Could I Run A 12" And A 18"

hahahahaha, that almost happen to me one time, but ima build the box in a U shpe with the eighteens on the side in teh middle adn the 12 in the back in the middle, so would it make it sound shitty or what i can always get a bass controller for the 12 and turn it down. and would it add more spl at comp.

no experience from it. but from what i beleive having different size subs in the same setup that they cancel each other out. so i wouldnt try it

I wouldn't do it, sell teh 12 and buy some other equipment.

i would not run a 12 and a 18, it not gona help at all. i would just sell one and use the other. or get matching woofers.

that makes no sense if i sold teh 12 and got a 15??? that would stil not be a 18" which everyone said to not do it, so a 15 would still not ne a 18 so it would sound shitty, so... i should get a 18

He most likely got mixed up with 15" and 18". I wouldn' do it either. Stick to one size.
