horrible customer service. i ordered 8 12" subs from you and no one would give me a tracking #. got "transferred" and while it was ringing i was hung up on. not once, not twice, but 3 times. they were delivered and let on a apartment door step cause i was not home.

Oh i got 1 more thing. i ordered a parrot bluetooth i want to say ck3000. they sent me a bluetooth for a eclipse radio with another harness in the box instead of the actual parrot unit. which is all fine and dandy, they are the same unit minus the volume knob and saying eclipse instead of parrot. but i did not have instructions for the unit i ordered. i had it for some other unit that was made for a specific radio.

ive bought like 6 things from them with no probs. last thing was my pioneer dbl din with dash kit and wiring harness. they sent the right kit and harness.
