computer monitor problem

well every couple minutes on one of my computers, the screen just goes black. when it does that, i have to turn the monitor off and on. anyone know what the problem could be? and the power light on the monitor is still green, when that happens.

try a new 15 pin cable, and if that doesnt work try a new power cable, if that doesnt work try a new monitor on that same video card, and if that doesnt work get a new video card

mine does the same thing. I think it's the power supply. Haven't used my desktop for about 4 months.

i have tried another monitor, and it works fine. but i will try those 2 cables.
