Are they 2ohm or 4ohm? And the 190rms is that for the pair so 95 each side?

4 ohm. Power ratings are per side with a 120 Hz HPF. This set has been on a 50W per channel amplifier. They don't need a ton of power but it's nice to have headroom.

found a brand new set of JBL MS62c's for $120 at some shop by my house. pretty good come up if you ask me!
