Component Question

I currently have the Pioneer Premier 720PRS in my car. I want to add another set of components and was thinking about putting in the Hertz 165k component set in there. Would that sound quality be all messed up to the ear or would it be pretty decent or about the same?

I do know it would get louder.

I am not sure 100% if I can add another component set of not the same speakers as I currently have, and it still sound about the same. So my other option would be to buy another set of the Premier 720 I am assuming.
