It looks really good. Looks like you took your time and did it right, which is more than i can say about my installs for my own car, lol.

Was wondering though why you decided to flush mount the sub, but not the amps on the amp rack?

about the flush mounting thing, i decided it would be alot of trouble to flush mount the amps, and they wont be seen cuz the box is coverin them up!! Im also weary about over heating issues, and i dont wana spend any more money on fans

Thats cool. If you ever do change the sub or box, then you could always just add a trim panel. I only had experience with one viper amp(the same as yours) and it ran pretty cool. I think just a cover panel would still keep that amp cool as long as the heatsink is exposed. Nice setup though.
