As far as positives all I'm hearing is this "WOW factor." What about a smaller woofer responding quicker to the imput because you have less cone area to move. Is WOW factor SLP talk for "hey look he's not running 2 12's? It seems that is almost the standard as far as car audio is concerned (not sure why). As it has been said many times before, its more important about the install. Larger speakers like the 15 sounds too boomy for me and lets EVERYONE know "hey look guys I have a very loud system, come steal all my stuff when I'm not around." I like the idea my installer has worked out for me, 2 8" maybe a third (because I hate being like everyone else) or a 10" with a very thoughout install, lots of dynamat and proper amplification. That way it will be as loud as I want it to be without letting everyone else know I've got humps. Just my 2 cents.
