I haven't been in for a while... but cumulative was 3.94 and I took, I believe, 14 credit hours my last semester. Major was "Electronic and Computer Engineering Technology."

It's nothing special in general, but it's pretty special to me because I worked hard to achieve it. All-in-all, it isn't an e-penis enhancer or anything.
Graduate school in the fall will be quite the challenge. I am 90% sure about going. There is something about a PhD that is so alluring, yet so terrifying. I am afraid of actually getting it.

So you just got your master's and plan on getting a PhD? What is your PhD emphasis going to be? I want to get an MBA, just about finished with the associate's, gonna get my BA in business administration and take it from there.

You don't have to possess a Master's to enroll in PhD programs. They exist for different reasons. PhD programs focus more on research and teaching, wjereas MBAs focus more on refinement of undergraduate skills. I plan to get an MBA later in life to make me more competitive for promotions.

Yes, me e-penis will be so long that some may e-trip over it. My the director extended the application date to 1 August...I figure I will take the GRE next month and then figure it out by then.

Just a dissertation. It has to be something of my own work that signifcantly contributes to the body of economics. I feel like John Nash in A Beautiful Mind in trying to create a truly original idea.

It almost seems worth it to choose a PhD only program if you get out of a thesis.

Decided I **** at that and went to finance

Finance is a good choice. I started out as an engineer. They had me draw a bunch of shapes. I decided that wasn't for me so I went to finance.

From what I understand
dissertation > thesis.

i thought master required a thesis and dissertation was phd.

I was also under the impression that a thesis was the idea (formal and normalized) and the dissertation was the supporting argument, but i am a retard and what do i know.
