CJL's Bandpass build log.

I finally pulled the trigger and decided to try to build my first 4th order bandpass. I plan to have it ported thru the rear armrest,but that will depend on how this comes out and sounds.

The Design

Got the idea from a build log I seen. 3^ft P / 2^ft S @ 50hz for 2 12's. I plan to paint the inside and put plexi on the back side if the paint comes out good.

Build

Panels cut.

Left sub cutout/sealed section. Seams and screw holes covered.

Right side.

Countersinking FTW!

Thats it so far. This is by far the most time I spent on a box ever,hell I never even predrilled before. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif But patience is the key with this build, as I want to get the sanding and painting perfect.

I couldnt figure out no other way to design the sub/port with my dimensions other then this way.
