Choosing a car help

I need a car.... It needs to have good MPG (atleast like 25 mpg). It's going to be a daily driver that i won't really care about, it only has to get me from A to B.

Budget, $1500...

I was looking at an old 240SX or a CRX. Anyone have any other ideas?

mid to late 80's toyota camry. I had one as my first car and got 30-35 mpg around town. Man they're ugly but they don't break down... I rolled mine and the car was still running while it was upside down, I had to reach up and turn it off and just recently the same car hadn't been started for well over a year and started up first try

Volvo 240. Dead reliable. Older honda civic....240 of course has lots of potential, but may not get that gas mileage.

Just look around and see what you can find for $1500. I'm always looking for cars, hell I stop and ask strangers about buying their cars all the time.
