check out the HT we're going to build

I honestly know ZERO about receivers as i don't personally like them; they have too many features. I'd rather have a nice pre-amp and a good class A 100wpc SS amplifier, but that isn't for HT //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
a nice pre-amp like what:cool: ?? and whats a SS amplifier?

got the wood finally cut for the surrounds and the center (**** YOU HITACHI, my blade got PWNT //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif ), just going to glue tomorrow. i'll probably have my neighbor cut the panels for the mains and the sub; i'm not looking to buying a blade for my saw right now if i don't need to.

Buy a potentiometer and a project box to put it in, and settle for nothing but a passive volume control //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

well, ok //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

As i said, the frequency band it's playin in seemed to have a smoother graph with a larger Vb. not only that but, i needed a more efficient alignment and after some preliminary plotting, this enclosure let's the woofer drop low enough before it bottoms out.
That's just on paper //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif. n00bx.

I dunno, I don't know too much about what differentiates(sp) different ones. I'm not looking for a tube one though //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

it's the stock hitachi blade, it isn't carbide, and it doesn't like cutting at 45 degrees apparently //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

i might get a pic up, but i really just need to work on them. imagine a blade at 0 degrees that torques to 20 or so by the time it's on the wood...

they're really shitty, GOD i miss my table saw so much (even though it was a POS)
