check out the HT we're going to build

Just use your router to make a rabbet joint, or a box corner joint or a tongue and groove joint or you could use a dowel joint. I wouldn't use biscuits unless your making furniture or a joint that doesn't need to be to strong. Does your school have wood shop? If so I would take it so you could learn about woodworking.

See, I say soon since I know that i won't have them by a certain date. I had to finish the L5 box, so I'll take pics when i start sealing the sub.

Afraid to show the rough pics???
Rough pics? You've already seen the rough pics //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

All that i've done that you haven't seen is 60 and 80 grit sanded the sub. That's why I said pics soon, as in when I start sealing. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

cause he's retarded
looks good so far

just use 80 grit then jump up to 150-180 and then your done...but whatever works for you
How am I retarded? But yes, I did 60 to level it, 80 to remove excess glue, and i'm going to do a 180 and 220 grit then i'll start sealing it.

Why did you sand the Subwoofer?!?!?!?!?!?
Because you don't want to seal and prime a rough box? I don't think I understand what you mean..
