Also about the install to the OP.

Looks pretty good overall and clean, so good job on that. Personally me and I am sure others would agree that it would probably sound better if the subs were facing back towards the trunk. Either that or face them in sealed off from the trunk, but you would have to redo the whole install if you went that route.

Good job though.

I do have a question though. W. that wall made it looks like the subs/box is sealed off from the cabin itself. So how do you get good sound into the car???

Just seems to me that the wall is killing the sound, and there would be no spl or quality @ all. Am I wrong????

If I push my box too far towards the seat, and it pretty much seals the trunk from the cabin, it sounds horrible and quiet in my car.

Not when it's covered in dirt like this one. The thing about gauze filters is that if you don't keep them clean, they'll do more harm than good.
The install will look good once you clean up the wiring.

OK.....say the stock one is covered in dirt and this ones covered in dirt........well this aftermarket one will still outflow it...period.

I think its just a brake drum thats painted and not an actual rotor....that would be bad.....at least I hope its not a rotor:eyebrow:

from the pics I saw, what has been painted, there is no problem with it being painted, and no reason it couldn't be...
