This is a custom box I designed today for my '89 Jeep Cherokee. I found the angle of the seat for the back and this should stick out 4" from the top of the seat and go all the way across the trunk. I will use 3/4" MDF. Can some check this please. I just remembered I forgot to check the depth of the woofer in the box! SHIT! I'll post my improvements if It doesn't fit. Each chamber has a volume of 1.136ft3

Don't you just hate it when the **** thing doesn't fit. God that would **** if you built a box and the subs wouldn't fit heh. Good thing you checked on that. What kind of subs are you using... also remember the hole wont be exactly 12" else your sub will fall in the box heh....

I'm using 2 JL 12w3. Powered by a Kicker KX800.4. I know not to cut it 12" that was just easier to put down. I need to cut the holes like 11.0625"

The only problem is I can't build this box till after christmas

Hmm why thats like months from now..... and why are you powering 2 subs with a 4 channel amp?

I got the amp cheep!!!!!! I'm going to bridge it at 400x2 at 4 ohms. I'm going to borrow a box from my friend till I build the box. I can't build the box till christmas because I'm still in high school and football takes all my time till thanksgiving and then I have work. My school had a wood shop so I can use that to build my box after christmas.

I like kicker amps alot. I have heard a few of them that have impressed me. Anyways do they make a W3 that can be wired to 4 ohms anyways? That might be a lot of power to a W3... 400 watts from the kicker amp that is
