how much fiberglass do i need?

how much fiberglass would i need to do 2 kickpanels? and what kind of resin do i get epoxy, polyester ect? and what kind of paint should i use, could i just use some high gloss spray paint?

i got a piece of matt about 10'x5' and a gallon of resin, cause that what everyone on here said, but i only used about half of it. and my kicks are strong enough that i could stand on them. glossy spray paint works good thats what i used. check out mine...

where did u get your resin, and what brand paint did u use, they look really good

i got resin from a boat repair store. and the paint is just dupli-color walmart spray paint. in the car section.
