prob just made it stable to 2 ohms. i know my jbl monoblock puts out 600 watts at 1 and 2 ohms.

Yeah it is kinda weird. Very good sounding amp. It will be a great combination with my type-r separates all around.

Yeah I was debating on the mrv 545 and this amp and I opted to go with the pdx. 150x4 @ 4 ohms. **** I hope I don't blow my speakers. I doubt it though, with such a clean sounding amp
