Cheapest way to sound proof front doors?

Mazdakid, just give it up. You're wrong, you used the wrong product because you were misinformed or just hardheaded and thought you'd be able to do something cheap. That test is basically how ALL deadener is tested, no matter where the test is done the results would be THE EXACT SAME DIFFERENCE.

So I guess the hardheaded and butthurt accusations were correct. It is a toxic product and you would be better not to have anything at all if for only that reason alone. There really is no reason for you to even be here, it's obvious it's not to learn anything.

To the OP, just do yourself a favor and completely ignore mazdakid. Many people have to learn the hard way when they get into this hobby, many have embarrassing installs, incorrect products being used for what they don't work for, etc. YOU can avoid being one of those people by just educating yourself and do it right the first time. Your install will be better than probably most people you know that have a system and you won't be a mazdakid. There are many good products mentioned here, I personally went with sounddeadenershowdown and love Don's products.

Thanks guys! I think I'll get the Audio Tecnix B-stock! For the price, seems to fit my needs just right.

As for the peel and seal. We can lay that to rest, im not gonna use it. I had it in my last car. Did it help a little yes, but not by much. It smelled, came undone and that was for my trunk. I'm not putting it in my doors. It smelled. /Done

Thanks for all the help! If you know any other CHEAP deadening suggestions, let me know. (my definition of cheap is under $20)

If you want to seal up your door speakers or help kill any panel rattles pick up some weatherstripping from lowes. Comes in a 10 ft roll, costs $4 and is available in all different kinds of sizes. Best investment I've made on my build so far IMO, almost a better investment than the deadener itself

Peel n seel helped alot on my roof and helped lots on my friends trunk lid. Ill continue to use it.Ive never used a real deadener, and wasnt trying to compare to one.
The point is.... the tests found REAL deadener was drastically more effective with only 1/4 the material. So for the money you saved on your crappy roofing product, you had to use 300% more product to get inferior results. Was there a difference? YES. Could you have had better results spending less time and money using real deadener? YES.

Oh, and for what it's worth, I got a roll of that... it was enough to do my trunk lid, rear deck lid, and front doors, and still have a good bit left. So, a little goes a long way.

I am gonna check out some of that AT stuff out to finish off my doors and rear panel. Never heard of it before, but seems to get good reviews.

What is B-stock? Is that stuff that just didnt meet up to par and they sell it cheaper? Sorry, been out of the game for awhile.

Where should I exactly put the weather stripping?

**** thats awesome! I was concerned about not having enough when I buy in bulk. I'll def do the doors and prob the trunk.

Thanks!
