How to get ahold of Pro Rabbit

This guy seems to be the person to go to when you need a box in this section. I sent him an email and PM 3 days ago and still haven't heard back, I'm taking off on a road trip in 10 days and really wanted to get a sub box before.

First, does it usually take a while to hear back from this guy/this company? And second, do any of you have experience with their boxes? Are they good quality builds?

It takes me a little time to dig through PM's(I get way to many every day)...as for emails I normally have them answer right away. What email address did you email and what addy did you send from and i will make sure it gets responded to.

The fastest way for quotes and such would be to go to the website and fill out the forum.
