If you don't need crossovers I swear by the Pyle Pro audio mids and tweeters.

I ran 6 of the mids and 4 of the tweeters in my doors years ago and loved them. My buddy decided to give them a try in this stunt wall after hearing my doors and his stunt wall was stupid loud. Wish I had videos of it.

That would actually budget in much better to an early active system.
Thinking about going back to a basic cz702 headunit and any decent amp.

Good luck finding that Clarion. I'm currently running it in my s10....got it off ebay for 120 bucks new. They're starting to be hard to find because it's discontinued. Unless you have it already, just stored somehwhere *shrugs*

I would run them over Polk db for sure. Never heard the MM series.

I was gonna get the db series but stepped up to the MM series. Basically, these are the Polk MOMO series, which are def discontinued for sometime now. The 6501 have been replaced with 6502.
