possibly a Type E? you can find one easily for $70 or under. Not sure how it sounds with 100w, but i have 2 running off a 400w amp and they bang

Not continuous if that's what you're referring to. For short term, yes, as long as the power is clean.

If you are not cliping the crap out of the amp, it should be fine. I know my MJ-18 is getting around 600ish watts and can take much more.

i would be interrested but im looking more for a 15. right now i have 2 12inch comps, svc8 wired in parrellel, and there ok but im not realy big on kicker subs, plus i want something with more low end.

denim your putting 600wrms to a mj18? would 100wrms even make it move.

Yeah, it would move plenty. Will it reach full excursion? Probably not, but it leaves you plenty of room for a power up grade in the future.

ya good point, i think thats what im gonna do go with a mj18, make a ported box tuned to 35hz(for now). now all i have to do is find some1 to buy my comps.
