Cheap-ISH component build?

Hey guys, I'm thinking of ditching the POLK MOMO build for the car and maybe making a custom componenet system. I really like the Polks, but I *might* be cutting it close throwing 210 RMS per side at them.

So, I was thinking of building my own.

My basic requirements are:

Mids that can take a 200 watt peak, and pound like Germs, preferably a response from 45 HZ up. I can take up to a 3" mounting depth.

Tweeters that are extremely clear and refined, without being harsh and 'tinny', maybe a silk dome? I don't know what power it would need to handle, as I believe tweeters take less through a crossover than mids. 1" as biggest preferably.

As far as X-over, I don't know what I'm looking at. Of course, it would need to be able to handle the same as the mids, atleast a 200 peak, be clear and cause no noise issues.

I've never built a component set, and my biggest fear is getting good equipment to work with, and then not having work together and sound like Dual equipment.

Any names I should research? Focal, Dynaudio, Crystal, etc?

Would the Power Acoustik NB-4's (tweeter) sound fine? I know PA is not usually known for high quality, but they might have a decent upper line?

What mids are comparable to Germanium pounding (midbass) and keeps up with the music, with a higher power handling rating? 6.5" is what I'm looking at. Unfortunately I don't have a decent soundshop around here to listen to higher end stuff. Maybe the ID CX64?

What is the sound like on those? Nice powerful midbass, comparable to Germs?

I read an epinion review stating a 300 RMS load that they can handle, which sounds great to me.

Unless you are going active, don't "build" your own component set (unless you are very proficient in designing and building passive xovers).
