is it normal for a battery to get warm when your charging it?

also, i received my power master intelli charger(battery charger) theres 3 options for how many amps you whant to set the charge at, theres 5, 15, and 25 amps. Warm is fine. If it's hot, you may have a problem...

Unless you absolutely need the battery in a short time, I'd go with a slow rate of charge.

I would charge the battery at 5 amps unless as the above posters said you need it right away. Also yes it is normal for a battery to get warm.

nice charger, I like mine. I think the manual says 15 amp, I switch it up sometimes to give it a variety
