Cavalier Install, Mag, CDT, eD, US Amps

the ed amps are bridged, one for each front channel, so only 1 rca per amp, that rack is not an extra box, it is two boards held up by L shapped brackets made of mdf mounted to the back of the sub box. and to fit a 3.5 cu ft net box in there, i had to cut some sheet metal where the seat folds down, then great stuff, then fiberglass, then carpet. i will fix the doors, i like the idea about making a cover panel with a logo, maybe out of vinyl... and the amp rack is up so high because a hc2400 is below it, so it could not go any lower
WOW JUST ****ING GHETTO

I think it's good. Nice equipment, everything looks neat and laid out nicely, the wiring looks organized and everything's solidly mounted.

As far as the doors go, the addition of the second grill for the mid was unnecessary (unless the mid is mounted to the panel itself I can't tell).

is it just me or does it look like he wont be opening his windows for a while?

That's a "dummy" window crank, they're actually power windows //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

Perhaps he should have just put the mids behind the stock grills, and mounted the tweeters in the upper part of the door or sail panel.

I think the whole trunk/substage setup looks very nice. Maybe you could put the unused RCA's through the beauty panel to make it look even cleaner?

I'm not a fan of the tweeter location though.

If the stock location for the speakers were two small, couldn't you use a 1/2 or 1 inch space and placed the speakers behind the paneling instead of it sticking out? I had to do that in my accord and it worked like a charm and looks stock. Also for imaging, you may wanna have the tweeter a little higher, closer to ear level. Think in terms of home audio, if you have floor standing speakers the tweeters are usually positioned on the speaker around where listening/ear level would be. Just my .02. Good job though
