car volume problem

no, lol

j/k bro....

you most likely through your amp into protect, and found your clipping point on your head unit.... my suggestion... until you can find someone to tune it properly for you... dont turn it up that loud

doubt it... need ALOT more info tho to try to troubleshoot over the net... what amp/subs you running? what kind of electrical? how are your subs wired (impendance)? etc...

i dont have a sub. the amp says eclipse on the top and some numbers "" on the front. a few days ago i was messing around with some stuff (fuses on the front, tighten some screws) and i worked fine for like 30 mins. it even sounded louder. and then it cut back off again.

it cuts off on big bass songs. like if it was someone talking i can turn it up but a loud song i have to cut it off. like the cd will still play.. just no sound. and if it cuts off i just pop the faceplate off and put it back on and cut it down and it plays fine

im going out on a limb hear, and going to say from personal experience you blew one of your tweeters, causing it to short at high volumes......... mess with your fader/ balance one corner at a time and if all go to 35 except one then you will have to replace the corner that don't allow the volume to go over 25 ..... preferable replace the pair. otherwise could be multiple things, but from your last post most likely a stereo problem( your output ic could be going to hell)
